These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Chat Nexus Inc., a Delaware corporation doing business as XLiink (“XLiink,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your access to and use of xliink.com, xli.ink, and the products, features, and services we offer (together, the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who May Use the Services

You must be at least 18 years old and of the age of majority where you live to create an account or use the Services. By using the Services you represent that you meet these requirements and that all registration information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for your account and everything that happens under it. Keep your password confidential, and notify us immediately through the contact form if you suspect unauthorized access. One account per person, unless we authorize otherwise (see Agencies below).

3. Your XLiink Link

Usernames and page URLs (like xli.ink/yourname) are claimed on a first-come, first-served basis. You may not claim a username to impersonate any person or brand, to trade on someone else’s rights, or to hold it for resale. We may reclaim or reassign usernames that are inactive, infringe others’ rights, or violate these Terms.

4. Your Content

You own the content you upload to your page. You grant XLiink a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content solely as needed to operate, improve, and promote the Services. You are responsible for everything you post: you must own or have the necessary rights to it, everyone appearing in it must have given consent, and it must comply with these Terms and applicable law. We may remove content or restrict pages that violate these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Break the law, or encourage or help others to
• Infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
• Post content that exploits or endangers minors — such content is removed and reported to the relevant authorities
• Harass, threaten, defraud, or impersonate others
• Upload malware or interfere with the operation of the Services
• Scrape, crawl, or access the Services by automated means
• Circumvent our fees, payment flows, or security measures

6. Payments, Tips, and Paid Content

Purchases, tips, and other transactions are processed by third-party payment processors; XLiink does not store full payment card numbers. The Services are free to use, and we charge a 20% platform fee on transactions when you sell through your page — you keep 80% of each sale. The fee covers payment processing, platform security, customer support, and ongoing development. Payouts go to your linked payout method. Sales are generally final; refunds and chargebacks are handled per our processors’ policies and applicable law. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings.

7. Plans and Billing

XLiink is free to start. Optional paid plans (creator plans from $5/month, agency plans from $35/month — save 20% with annual billing) bill in advance, renew automatically, and can be canceled anytime — access continues through the end of the paid period. We may change plan pricing with reasonable advance notice.

8. Agencies

Agency accounts may manage creator pages only with each creator’s authorization, and only for as long as it remains in effect. Agencies are responsible for the activity of the accounts they manage. We may suspend or limit agency access that violates these Terms.

9. XLiink’s Intellectual Property

The Services — including our software, design, and the XLiink name, logo, and brand — belong to Chat Nexus Inc. and are protected by law. Don’t use them without our prior written permission. If you send us feedback, we may use it without restriction or obligation to you.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

Your page can link out to third-party platforms, and the Services may route visitors into third-party browsers and apps. Those services belong to others; their terms govern your use of them, and we are not responsible for them.

11. Termination

You can stop using the Services or delete your account at any time in settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us or others, or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 4, 6, and 12–15) survive.

12. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that your page will produce any particular results or earnings.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chat Nexus Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Services is limited to the greater of $100 or the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

14. Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify Chat Nexus Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents against claims and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your content, your use of the Services, or your breach of these Terms.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will give you reasonable notice (for example, by email or in-product notice). Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept them.

This Privacy Policy explains how Chat Nexus Inc., a Delaware corporation doing business as XLiink (“XLiink,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use xliink.com, xli.ink, and our related services (the “Services”). Questions? Use the contact form.

1. Information You Provide

• Account details — your name, email address, password, username, and (optionally) your phone number; whether you sign up as a creator or an agency, and for agencies, the agency name and website.
• Profile content — photos, bio, links, social handles, and anything else you add to your public page.
• Commerce details — payout information and transaction records. Full payment card numbers go directly to our payment processors and never touch our servers.
• Communications — messages you send us, including support requests.

2. Information We Collect Automatically

Device and usage data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring links, and approximate location derived from IP address — plus cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies below).

3. Information About Page Visitors

When someone visits a creator’s page or buys through it, we collect the transaction and usage data needed to complete the purchase and to power creator analytics. Views, clicks, and conversion metrics are provided to creators in aggregate — not as individual browsing profiles.

Creator-configured analytics. Creators on a paid plan can connect their own Google Analytics or Meta Pixel to their page. Where a creator has done so, that page loads the relevant provider’s script and reports the page view and link clicks directly to that provider, under the creator’s own account. We do not control those accounts and cannot see what they collect; the provider’s own privacy policy governs that. Creators are responsible for disclosing this tracking to their visitors and for obtaining any consent the law requires of them.

4. How We Use Information

To provide and improve the Services; process payments and payouts; show creators how their pages perform; send service messages (and marketing you can opt out of); personalize your experience; prevent fraud, spam, and abuse; enforce our Terms; and comply with law.

5. Your Public Page

Your page is public by design. Your username, display name, photos, bio, links, and any stats you choose to show are visible to anyone with your link. Don’t put anything on your page you don’t want public.

6. How We Share Information

• With service providers who help us run the Services (hosting, analytics, support tooling)
• With payment processors to handle transactions
• With an agency that manages your account under your authorization
• When required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of XLiink, our users, or others
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
• With your consent

We do not sell your personal information.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, preference cookies to remember your settings, and analytics cookies to understand usage and improve the Services. A creator page may also set cookies belonging to a provider that creator has connected, as described in section 3. You can control cookies in your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may break parts of the Services.

8. Data Retention

We keep information while your account is active and as long as needed for the purposes above. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your information unless we must keep it to comply with law, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.

9. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards — encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring — to protect your information. No online service is 100% secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

10. Your Rights and Choices

You can access and update your information in settings, delete your account, opt out of marketing messages, and request a copy of your data through the contact form. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights — such as access, correction, deletion, portability, and objection — and we honor valid requests under applicable law.

11. Age Requirements

The Services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we delete it.

12. International Users

We are based in the United States and process information there. If you use the Services from elsewhere, you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and, for material changes, give you notice.
